Shipping policy

We deliver BARE skincare to addresses across South Africa through our courier partners. We cannot deliver to P.O. boxes.

Shipping costs

Enjoy free shipping on orders of R600 or more after discounts. For orders below R600, the courier charge is shown at checkout before you pay.

Dispatch and delivery

We aim to dispatch orders on the day they are placed. Orders placed after 12:00 on Fridays, or over the weekend, are dispatched on Monday. If the dispatch day is a public holiday, we dispatch on the next working day.

Delivery usually takes 1–2 working days after dispatch. Farms, rural addresses and other remote areas may take longer. These are estimates; courier delays can occasionally occur.

Delivery details and help

Please check your address and contact details before placing your order. If you notice a mistake, email hello@bareskincare.co.za as soon as possible. We will do our best to help; address changes or redelivery may incur additional courier charges, which we will explain to you.
