Orders placed on bareskincare.co.za are shipped via our courier partners. We only ship within South Africa and do not deliver to P.O. boxes.

Please review your shipping details at checkout to avoid errors or delays. If you have entered incorrect shipping information or need to make changes, contact us as soon as possible at hello@bareskincare.co.za. We will make every effort to ensure correct delivery; however, additional charges may apply.

Delivery Information

• Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on rates provided by our courier partners.

• Orders placed on Fridays or public holidays will be shipped on the next business day.

• Unforeseen circumstances (e.g., adverse weather, road closures, strikes) may occasionally delay deliveries. While rare, these delays do not qualify for refunds or order cancellations.

• If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us with your order number, and we will follow up on the matter.
